Brokens

Brokens corresponds to broken rice grains, with different sizes – Brokens (grain length is more than half of the whole grain); Medium Brokens (grain is more than a quarter of the whole grain) or Small Brokens (grain is equal to or less than a quarter of the whole grain). Brokens can also come from both Japonica and Indica varieties, and is also used for various by-products such as animal feed, baby food, rice flour, among others.
