Valencia is a very good variety for either table potatoes, fresh French fries, industrial peeling, or export. It has an oval long shape, with yellow skin and flesh color, good dry matter, high yield, average tuber count, and strong dormancy period. Lastly, the foliage has a rapid development, with medium height, white flowers, and no berries.
