MIKADO

Mikado is considered to be a variety used for consumption as well as packing. It is suitable for washing due to its presentation and nice round-oval tubers with an exceptional smooth yellow skin. In addition, Mikado can be used for home frying, especially in Sothern Europe and North Africa, because of its dry content. Lastly, thanks to its high resistance to the Y Virus, this variety is attractive to seed potato growers and areas with high pressure of aphids.
