Also known as Thai Rice , despite its white color, it is considered a less processed rice due to the nutrients it maintains as it never loses its husk, bran, or germ. It has a long and fine grain and can be of different colors such as white, red, and black. It has a characteristic texture and aroma of Jasmine, and after cooking, the grains are loose and soft.

Ideal for: Rice-based dishes – Mie Goreng (Thai fried rice)
