ROMANTICA

Romantica is a new red consumption variety from Danespo, which provides large long-oval tubers with a smooth double-layered skin and good yield. The variety has medium dry matter content, depending on the conditions and geographical area. The main production markets are Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, and North Africa, where Romantica is suitable for ware production because of the good cooking qualities, but also for homemade fries. Romantica can also be used in more northern areas for consumption, where red skin and yellow flesh are demanded.
